The name says it all: Overflow. Sofia Electric took Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops and pushed them to 15 grams per liter in the dry hop - creating a beer that overflows with tropical fruit, berry complexity, and citrus brightness.

Citra brings its signature tropical punch - mango, passionfruit, lychee. Mosaic adds layers of blueberry, tangerine, and earthy depth. Amarillo rounds everything out with orange, grapefruit, and stone fruit character. Together at this intensity, they create something that's more fruit juice than beer - but make no mistake, this is 6.7% IPA with substance.

Hazy, pillowy soft body with low bitterness lets the hop aromatics shine. This is New England IPA done right - juicy, full-flavored, dangerously drinkable despite its strength.
